Live Good!

This is not a poem, Just a list, With one sole, solemn, sacred wish! To outline a few simple ways, To bring some good back into my days. And though just meant for me to do, I’m sure there’s some good to be had for you, Though really just some Dont’s and Do’s, This simple little list includes: Empathize with strangers as much as possible, Chastise people as little as possible, Tell the truth as much as you can, But hold your tongue with bated hand, Always look into their eyes and smile, But guard your back all the while, Dare to do all the things you dream, Beyond your fear are things unseen, Be kind to others, especially when snappy, And beyond all doubt, live good, be happy!
